Slowly convinced

I don’t love my pillow, yet. I used to love to stack two nice fluffy pillows to sleep, but last fall I injured my neck, and it hurts the most in the mornings. My daughter also suffers neck pain and convinced me to try the Envy pillow as she loves hers. I still hate sleeping relatively flat, but after 3 weeks my neck complains if I try any other pillow. My neck pain hasn’t disappeared but definitely it’s better in the am, and it doesn’t hurt or spasm at all during the night like it had been. So I am clinging to hope that the day will come that I love everything about my new pillow!

enVy Rx Tencel

After a number of "orthopedic pillows" which range from $100-400 over the last 15 years, I almost gave up on the idea that a pillow will/can alleviate neck pain/headaches/TMJ pain and episodic BPPV. I had given up when I came across a review online. I thought "what do I have to lose?. Did not think the EnVY pillow would work for my petite frame given all previous pillows appear to be made for the average adults in North America. But I did order one and noticed a significant improvement with neck pain/headaches within the first week. Because of the "sweet spot", my head is not rolling side to side which is usually what sets off frequent episodes of BPPV. It has been 3 weeks and hope to have further improvement.
