enVy® currently covers all shipping, duties, tariffs, and import fees for customers in the contiguous United States.
The price you see at checkout is the total price you'll pay. There are no surprise charges upon delivery.

Duties & Import Taxes
While shipping is free, customers outside of North America are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
These fees are determined by your local customs authority, are not included in your purchase price, and must be paid by the recipient if applicable.
We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure whether import charges may apply.
Signature Required Delivery
For added peace of mind, you can now select Signature Required during checkout.
This optional service is recommended if your package will be delivered to:
- Apartments or condominiums
- Shared mailrooms
- Workplaces
- Homes where no one is typically available to receive deliveries
- Areas where you've previously experienced missing packages
When selected, the carrier will attempt to obtain a signature before completing delivery.
While most deliveries arrive without issue, Signature Required provides an additional layer of security for customers who prefer not to have their package left unattended.
Delivery Issues
If tracking shows your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend first checking:
- Around your property
- With household members
- With neighbours
- Your building concierge or mailroom
- Directly with the shipping carrier
If you selected Signature Required, the carrier will record the signature obtained upon delivery.
Refused / Undeliverable / Return-to-Sender Orders
If your order comes back our way—because it was refused, couldn’t be delivered, or had an incorrect address entered by the customer at time of purchase—we’re happy to process a refund once it arrives back at our warehouse.
However, your refund will be adjusted to cover:

Any duties or import fees we’re charged

Any return-shipping fees from the carrier
Because these charges are incurred by enVy® when a shipment is returned, they must be deducted before any refund can be issued.
90 Night Money Back Guarantee
Our 90 Night Money Back Guarantee applies to our full-size pillows.
We encourage customers to try their pillow for at least 10 nights, as ergonomic support and natural latex can take a short adjustment period.
If your enVy® pillow isn’t the right fit, you may return it within 90 nights of fulfillment.
enVy® provides a prepaid flat-rate return label for $19.95 per pillow within Canada and the contiguous USA. The return label fee is shown during the return request process and deducted from your refund once your return is approved.
Because we already cover outbound shipping, duties, and tariffs to many destinations, this helps us continue offering an extended trial period while keeping pricing fair for everyone.
