Refund policy

Refused / Undeliverable / Return-to-Sender Orders

If your order comes back our way—because it was refused, couldn’t be delivered, or had an incorrect address entered by the customer at time of purchase—we’re happy to process a refund once it arrives back at our warehouse.
However, your refund will be adjusted to cover:

  • Restocking fees

  • The original cost of shipping

  • Any duties or import fees we’re charged

  • Any return-shipping fees from the carrier

We take on these costs when packages boomerang back to us, so they must be deducted before issuing a refund.

90 Night Return Policy 

We have a 90-Night pillow trial policy on all our new pillows (not our ReNEW™ pillows), which means you have 90 days from time of purchase to request a return.  

To be eligible, your returned full size pillow must include all components as you received them in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return please go to our 90 night promise page where you can enter your order number and email to request an RMA #.  Feel free to contact us at help@envypillow.com if you have any return questions.

If your return is accepted you will receive full instructions (PLEASE read them carefully) on how and where to send your package.

You are responsible for shipping costs back to us or you can request a shipping label from us for a fee. Pillows sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Any returned pillows will not be eligible for additional subsequent trials. Any environmental and/or customer-inflicted damage will disqualify the ability to return. Additionally, to ensure that products can be donated to charities, all returned products must be in good condition and free of stains and/or damage.   The return shipping is valid for two (2) weeks after being approved and must be shipped before that time in order to be eligible for a return and refund. Once your item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed back onto the original card used for the purchase. This typically occurs within 5-7 business days after we have received your item. Standard processing time for the funds to be posted by your bank is 3-5 business days.

Damages and issues  

If at time of purchase, you find any of our products are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Our 90 Night Promise applies to the new enVy Pillows ONLY. ALL ReNEW pillows are final sale. Other enVy products such as our pillowcases, sleep masks, bedsheets and washcloths etc are final sale and NON REFUNDABLE.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
