Refund policy

Refused / Undeliverable / Return-to-Sender Orders

If your order comes back our way—because it was refused, couldn’t be delivered, or had an incorrect address entered by the customer at time of purchase—we’re happy to process a refund once it arrives back at our warehouse.
However, your refund will be adjusted to cover:

  • Restocking fees

  • The original cost of shipping

  • Any duties or import fees we’re charged

  • Any return-shipping fees from the carrier

We take on these costs when packages boomerang back to us, so they must be deducted before issuing a refund.

90 Night Return Policy 

We offer a 90-Night Trial on all new enVy® pillows (excluding ReNEW™ pillows), giving you 90 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your pillow must include all original components as received, including the pillow, pillowcase, travel bag, and lift (if included). Proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, you will receive full return instructions — please read them carefully.

enVy® provides a prepaid flat-rate return label for $19.95 per pillow within Canada and the contiguous USA. The return label fee is shown during the return request process and deducted from your refund once your return is approved.

Returned pillows are not eligible for additional future trial periods. To ensure returned products may be donated when appropriate, all items must be returned in good condition and free of stains, damage, or excessive wear. Environmental or customer-inflicted damage may disqualify a return.

Approved returns must be shipped within two (2) weeks of authorization to remain eligible for a refund.

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your financial institution, posted funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear.

Damages and issues  

If at time of purchase, you find any of our products are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Our 90 Night Promise applies to the new enVy Pillows ONLY. ALL ReNEW pillows are final sale. Other enVy products such as our pillowcases, sleep masks, bedsheets and washcloths etc are final sale and NON REFUNDABLE.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
