*All orders are prepared and shipped from our factory in Canada 🇨🇦 and normally processed within 1-2 business days. 

Contiguous USA:

  • FREE shipping from Canada on all enVy® Products.
  • Duties & Taxes for U.S. Customers:
    *enVy® is currently covering all tariffs and shipping to the USA. This means no surprise fees upon delivery—what you see at checkout is exactly what you’ll pay.
  • Delivery Timing:
    Estimated delivery time is 2–9 business days (depending on your location and carrier conditions).

International Orders and Non-Contiguous USA:

  • Shipping rates start at 29.95 for International orders 

  • Estimated delivery time is 4–14 business days (depending on your location and carrier conditions).

    Please note that all international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by your country. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

    Refused / Undeliverable / Return-to-Sender Orders

    If your order comes back our way—because it was refused, couldn’t be delivered, or had an incorrect address entered by the customer at time of purchase—we’re happy to process a refund once it arrives back at our warehouse.
    However, your refund will be adjusted to cover:

    • Restocking fees

    • The original cost of shipping

    • Any duties or import fees we’re charged

    • Any return-shipping fees from the carrier

    We take on these costs when packages boomerang back to us, so they must be deducted before issuing a refund.

    90 Night Money Back Guarantee

    Our 90 Night Money Back Guarantee applies to our full-size pillows.

    We encourage customers to try their pillow for at least 10 nights, as ergonomic support and natural latex can take a short adjustment period.

    If your enVy® pillow isn’t the right fit, you may return it within 90 nights of fulfillment.

    enVy® provides a prepaid flat-rate return label for $19.95 per pillow within Canada and the contiguous USA. The return label fee is shown during the return request process and deducted from your refund once your return is approved.

    Because we already cover outbound shipping, duties, and tariffs to many destinations, this helps us continue offering an extended trial period while keeping pricing fair for everyone.
