Other enVy products such as additional pillowcases/liners, pediatic pillows, sleep masks or face masks are NON- REFUNDABLE.

Important Stuff About Your Return

Once approved* by enVy Pillow the pillow must be returned in its original packaging with all components in an appropriate box or bag. Missing components will be deducted from your refund.

(*Note that pillows purchased from our distributors and clinics have their own return policies).

The pillow and its covers must be in good condition to be eligible for a full refund. For sanitary handling of used pillows we ask if you could wash the pillowcase before shipping back to us. You can fold it and place on the pillow inside the travel bag.

Please note that items that are returned dirty, damaged or stained will not be eligible for refund.

You are responsible for shipping the pillow back to our warehouse in Canada. enVy® will supply a return label upon request starting at approx $26.95+ tax which is put towards the preparation in redressing returned pillows for donation to our network of women's shelters (*within Canada and the contiguous USA only).

After we receive your return please allow 7 to 10 days for your refund to be processed and credited back to the original method of payment. We do not refund shipping costs associated with your original purchase.

Please note, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our pillows, which is why we offer one of the longest trial periods in the industry—a 90-night sleep trial. However, to ensure fairness to all our customers, we do not allow multiple return requests for the same or similar product purchased on separate occasions.

Customers who have previously purchased and returned an enVy® pillow under the 90-night trial are not eligible for another trial on the same or similar product. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our trial program while continuing to offer this generous option to first-time users.

We encourage customers who may need assistance adjusting to their enVy® pillow to reach out to us for guidance on use, care, and optimizing their sleep experience. Our team is happy to help! note enVy® monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances without liability notwithstanding any policy or warranty. All returns are subject to validation and approval at enVy’s discretion.

Replaced products are subject to the same Limited Product Warranties of the original Product and the applicable warranty period runs from the date the original product was purchased. For example, the applicable warranty period for the replaced enVy Pillow begins on the date the original enVy® Pillow was ordered by you.
