Although we are sad to hear your pillow wasn’t the pillow of YOUR dreams we are thrilled to take your pillow back, sanitize it, redress it and donate it to our local women’s shelter : ) Thank you for helping us give someone a safe place to land xo

The enVy Pillow Return Instructions are below for online orders.  If you purchased from one of our authorized dealersthis guarantee is at the discretion of suppliers as to their own return policies.  If you do not know their policy, please see below instructions #4.

    1. In the unlikely event that things didn’t work out between you and your envy pillow, you may return it within 90 nights from purchase date for refund.
    2. Our return promise applies to the full size enVy Pillows ONLY. All other enVy products such as pillowcases, face masks, sleep masks and the travel pillow are NON REFUNDABLE.
    3. PLEASE start the return process for online orders HERE or send an email directly to us at help@envypillow.com if you have any issues accessing your order. Please supply your proof of purchase and order number. 
    4. If purchased from one of our participating stores please email us at help@envypillow.com and provide the store information, proof of purchase and date of purchase.
    5. Once your request is approved you will receive an RMA# along with the shipping address and complete instructions by email within 2 business days. You are responsible for shipping your pillow back to our warehouse in Canada.

  • The enVy pillow must be returned in original package and all components in an appropriate box or bag. Missing components will be deducted from your refund.
  • You must include original receipt /proof of purchase
  • You are responsible for cost of shipping to the address provided, we do not provide prepaid postage labels
  • *Returns from outside of Canada, please place value of returned pillows at $10 so as to avoid unnecessary brokerage fees. Returned pillows are no longer saleable and do not have the original purchase value.
  • After we receive your return please allow 7 to 10 days for your refund (*which is product price plus tax) to be processed and credited back to the original method of payment. We do not refund shipping costs associated with your purchase.

Additional Import Costs

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such fees as well as customs clearance charges once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs offices for more details. When custom clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
