enVy® Pillow Manufacturer’s Warranty
The enVy Pillow Co. provides a 2-Year manufacturer’s warranty against our 100% Natural Latex products losing their shape or resilience. Please note colour change ( yellowing ), small pitting and cracks are normal oxidation and aging of a foam pillow. This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from the passage of time, misuse, abuse or normal wear and tear. For example, this warranty does not cover discolouration, stains and wine spills, water/moisture damage, loose threads, punctures, foam cracks from folding, pinching tears or abrasions from use by the customer or their environment. It does not cover normal fluctuations in softness.
Additionally, surface imperfections or slight irregularities are part of the natural latex production and does not affect the quality, function and structural integrity of the product. The enVy Pillow starts as a liquid sap from the natural rubber tree and poured into our patented mould where it is “baked” into solid form. Air pockets form during this “baking” period much like in a loaf of bread and cannot be avoided. This is a natural occurrence and in no way effects the support of the pillow.
*At time of purchase enVy pillow warrants the zippered covers to be free from defects in material and workmanship. More details about pillowcases and liners below.
Care for your enVy pillow to make sure it lasts for many years!
- Do NOT wash the latex material.
- Do NOT grab the foam by pinching it as this may cause tearing.
- Avoid going to bed with wet hair as this may degrade the product.
- Avoid folding and compressing the enVy pillow such as in a suitcase. It is best to lay flat or roll it such as we suggest for our travel pillow.
- Using the pillow without its custom fitted pillowcase and liner will expose the foam to increase wear and tear. Avoid removing the liner.
- DO NOT use the enVy Pillow as your weapon of choice during pillow fights.

Email our Pillow Support Team at help@envypillow.com and a member of our team will be happy to assist you. Please have the original receipt or proof of purchase with the date of sale.
You must obtain a return authorization form (RMA) from us which we will send by email with complete instructions. We reserve the right to request the foam product to be sent to our enVy Pillow foam manufacturer for examination at the customer’s expense.
What enVy pillow will do:
If the product is found to have a defect in material or workmanship covered by our Warranty we will supply a one-time replacement of the latex component and liner of the product including shipping free of charge. No new warranty will be provided for the replacement pillow.
