I need a pillow that is rather flat and not too high and have been searching hard to find It. The Envy pillow offer multiple options for that. At first was not certain it would do it. Not seem so comfortable at first but it's working great for me ! Like it!
I purchased two Mulberry silk pillow cases, one of each kind in Queen size. They fit my pillow great! They are soft and the colour is a creamy white which goes great with most bedding. Love them!

I've always liked a low pillow, but I began to wonder whether my back/hip pains at night were related to that. I'm a journalist, so research is my thing. When I came across these pillows they ticked every box when nothing else did. I'm from the UK, but have a sister in the US, so I sent it there and picked it up on a visit (Virgin didn't question me taking it back on the plane btw - I sat on it!!) The pain I used to get when turning over in bed vanished, and it's my new best friend at night! My sister got one for her and her husband and they love theirs too. Best pillow I've ever had and love the new HA5 silk pillow cases
This is the second Envy pillow I’ve purchased and I love it even more than the first. I splurged and bought the Copper -Hyla pillow and it’s great. I sleep well and wake up without neck pain. It’s just what the Doctor ordered. Really, it’s just what my spinal surgeon recommended to keep my neck healthy and happy. So glad I found Envy pillows they are absolutely the best!
I have severe TMJ (need surgery) and herniated discs in my neck. I was skeptical of a foam pillow as I’ve tried some in the past. This pillow was a game changer for my pain in both my neck and jaw. Truly can’t say enough positive about it! It’s worth the price.

Why is natural latex more breathable than memory foam?
Natural latex has a naturally open-cell structure, created during the steam-baking process, that allows air to circulate through the material. This airflow helps dissipate heat and moisture throughout the night, promoting a cooler, more temperature-neutral sleep environment.
Memory foam, by contrast, is a dense, heat-responsive material designed to soften as it absorbs body heat. While some memory foams include cooling gels or additives, the core material itself tends to retain warmth and restrict airflow.
For this reason, 100% natural latex is widely preferred by people who sleep warm or who want a pillow that maintains consistent support without heat buildup.
Why doesn’t natural latex need cooling gels or additives?
Natural latex is inherently breathable due to its open-cell structure, which allows air to circulate and heat to dissipate naturally. Because of this, it does not require added cooling gels, phase-change materials, or surface treatments to manage temperature.
Many foam pillows rely on gel infusions or chemical additives to create a temporary cooling sensation. While these technologies may offer short-term comfort, they are often added to compensate for the heat-retaining nature of dense foams.

I have a Latex allergy...Can I sleep on your Latex Pillow?
Thankfully YES!!!
Scientific studies show that the latex used in nearly all bedding products will not cause a reaction.
WHY? Because the 100% Natural Latex used in our pillows does not produce the same allergic reactions as other latex products found in household or medical products.
To really get to the bottom of this bedtime myth we need to dive deeper into what actually causes a latex allergy, and why the latex foam in our enVy Latex Pillows is different.
What exactly causes a latex allergy?
A latex allergy is a reaction to the proteins present in natural rubber latex. Most people have found they are allergic to latex by using items made from natural rubber, including elastic bands, latex gloves, baby bottle nipples and balloons. Natural latex is known to cause Type I and Type IV allergic reactions. Testing for a Type I natural latex allergy is done through blood testing. Type IV can be diagnosed by using a skin-prick test. Estimates of latex sensitivity in the general population range from 0.8% to 8.2%.
According to the FDA, there have been zero cases of allergic reactions to the natural rubber used in latex foam products throughout the bedding industry, which spans more than 35 years.
Latex pillows (or other latex bedding) products may contain natural rubber latex, but here's the difference: the Dunlop latex used in our enVy Pillow is subjected to a 220°F vulcanization oven and thoroughly washed and dried. This eliminates any reaction-related proteins or residues. Furthermore, our Latex pillows are covered with a 100% Undyed Cotton cover which is naturally hypoallergenic, antibacterial, dust-mite-resistant. That means there is no direct contact, in most cases, between your skin and the latex that could result in any type of reaction
