Yes, in most cases. The 100% natural Dunlop latex used in enVy Pillows is processed at 220°F in a vulcanization oven and thoroughly washed and dried, which eliminates the reaction-related proteins that cause latex allergies. According to the FDA, there have been zero reported cases of allergic reactions to natural rubber used in latex foam bedding products across more than 35 years of use. Additionally, the latex core is covered by a 100% undyed cotton liner (in addition to the pillowcase), meaning there is no direct skin contact with the latex.

Absolutely. Often it's just a small adjustment that makes all the difference, and we can't count how many customers initially struggled with their enVy Pillow only to later tell us they can't sleep without it!

The enVy Pillow is designed differently from traditional pillows because proper spinal alignment was our top priority when we developed it as nurses. If you're accustomed to a high-loft pillow or stacking pillows, it may take some time for your neck and spine to adjust to a more ergonomic sleep position.

A few helpful tips:

✔︎ If you prefer a higher pillow, try using the included 1" natural latex lift.

✔︎ Experiment with both neck supports by simply rotating the pillow to find the side that feels best for you.

✔︎ When side sleeping, place a pillow between your knees. When back sleeping, consider a pillow under your knees to help maintain proper spinal alignment.

✔︎ Avoid pushing the pillow against your headboard, as this can affect how it feels under your head and neck.

✔︎ Don't overthink positioning. The design and material naturally help off-load pressure from the face, jaw, and neck.

We offer a 90-night trial so you can fully adjust to your enVy Pillow. Because this is a therapeutic, ergonomic design, it can take time for your body to adapt — often a few weeks. We encourage you to give it a proper trial.

If it’s not the right fit within 90 nights, we’ll gladly accept your return. A prepaid flat-rate return label of $19.95 per pillow is provided within Canada and the contiguous USA. The return label fee is shown during the return request process and deducted from your refund once approved.
