Return Guidelines
◉ Return requests must be submitted within 90 nights of your order fulfillment date
◉ Pillows must be returned with all original components
◉ Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
◉ Pillows purchased through clinics or third-party distributors may follow a different return policy

• Rotating the pillow to use the alternate neck support density
• Adding (or removing) the included 1” Latex Lift
• Sleeping on it consistently for at least 10–14 nights

To keep it fair for everyone, customers who have previously returned an enVy® pillow under the 90-Night Promise are not eligible for a second trial. All returns are subject to approval and validation by enVy.
